2 - What requirements must I have to use it?

All you need is a PC with a windows 2000, NT, XP. A full Duplex Sound Card and a connection to the internet.

3 - How do I get started?

Download our software and install it.
Have a PC IP Phone Scratch Card ready.
Once you are prompted to log in, Choose sign up.
Enter your scratch card Information.

4 - Where can I get a scratch card to Sign Up?

You can get a scratch card from our web site.
Currently only credit card payments are accepted.

5 - What information will I receive upon Sign Up?

Once you Sign up through the software you will receive you account PIN immediately, which is enough for you to use it to log into the software later and make your calls and recharges.

You will also receive a message on the email you specified during the software sign up. This email will contain, in addition to your account PIN, an account number which you can use to log in to your Web Account Area.

6 - How can I recharge my account later on?

You recharge your account through the software itself too, you will also need a scratch card.

7 - Can I recharge through the web too?

No recharging your account takes place through the software on your desktop.

You purchase the scratch card from the web but you must use it through the software (for either recharge or sign up)

9 - What info do I need to Log to my Account Area?

To log into you Account Area you must enter the Account PIN and Account Number you received via email upon Sign Up.

In your Account Area, you can modify your registered email. Fill/Edit your profile. View the cost and details of your calls.

11 - I forgot my Account PIN?

Please send an email to services@ip-fone.com and you will send you a reminder email to the address you specified upon sign up.

Always make sure no one else has access to the email you registered upon sign up or your account security may be compromised.
